Default H22 timing


i took my car to the shop to do my timing and the gun reads 15... is that the right timing i should run???

Yes, stock H22 timing is 15o +/- 2o

I think alot of people run it at 17. But 15 is where it should be at.

Advancing you timing slightly gives you a small power gain throught the powerband from what I understand.

Correct me if I am wrong

last night i tried to start my car it squeals before the can car start... it only happens when the engine is cold though... what could be wrong??? just started to do this the night after i fix my timing... help me out...

Maybe check the tension on the power steering belt.
