I'm having my head redone, porting and polishing it, along with skunk 2, stage 2 camshafts. What fuel sytem upgrades should I start thinking about? What fuel pressure should I want with these upgrades? etc.

i havent got around to my fuel system yet but i would get a fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, and fuel injectors, and go ahead and change your fuel filter too, you can also upgrade that if youd like. as for fuel pressure i have no idea but i would make sure to get a fuel pressure gauge and mount it in the fuel rail. i believe aem has a hole especially for that and the weaponR fuel pressure reg has one built in if im not mistaken. hope that helped

First, if you want to change the injectors, you will need the VAFC hack or standalone to get it running right.....and to tune it (important). If you are gonna upgrade all that other ****, you will need a higher volume fuel pump...either in-tank or inline. For my turbo setup, I am running 255lph in-tank (no FMU). As for a fuel pressure gauge, I have the cheap (and effective) B&M gauge connected at the fuel filter. Its real easy to do, all you need is basic tools to get off a banjo bolt. The rest of my fuel is AEM rail and FPR....they work together and are good products. Hope this helps.
