fuel pressure increases

fuel pressure spikes at idle
i had my car wibeband tuned today. the guy that tuned it said all was fine but he could not adjust the fuel pressure at idle. the problem is that my car wants to stall at idle. so i checked the fuel pressure it was at around 38psi. i took my car for a spin and stopped the pressure was near 70-80 psi. has anybody ever seen this happen?
My setup: AEM FPR, fmu, intank 255 and rc 370.
