Default Fixing dented header?

the dents are small, like 1/2 inch deep on both pipes. i was thinking i could use a self tapping screw in the middle of the dent, and pull it out using a slide hammer or some kind of gear puller

i have accesss to a welder to fix the screwhole, and a torch to make the metal softer and easier to pull out. is it possible? its only a megan header but my money is tied up

ALSO can anyone find me a picture of a megan header with 2.5 inch collector mod? i cant find it anywhere PLZ
