Default First time lude build.

This is actually my first build at all. I recently picked up a 98 lude. I have driven ludes for a long time but this will be my first build, and im looking for suggestions. I have been told that for the time being (as i want to go with a N/A build) I should prolly look at cold air, intake manifold, throttle body, cams, ceramic headers and exhaust. Im mostly looking for info on brand/model suggestions and over all suggestions on what i should start with. I have about 3 grand to spend at the moment and am open to any info/tips/suggestions. I have been reading the threads on Honda-tech for a long time and would love to hear anything you all have to offer.

Oh, and side note, I live on an Air force base, so it has to be street legal, and has to pass Las vegas smogg regulations.

Thanks in advance.

Yes that would be good start to get intake, cams, ceramic headers, etc. Before i buying that i would check to see if the car in great shape by looking the body in good shape and check to see if the engine have good compression and running well.
