Default F23????

Got a 93 lude wit a crack h23 non vtec block could I use a F23 vtec block and put all the h23 parts on it and how would I hook up or find the vtec wires

you don't need vtec wiring swaping the block only. vtec is head related.

Swapping the block is very easy but you'll need a 1990-1993 Accord driver's side engine mount that bolts to the engine block to get it to fit nicely though.

Use a 1990-1993 Accord hard coolant line to go from the F23 block to the H23 T-stat housing.

Use an F23 (1998-2002 Accord) head gasket and hondabond (silicone) the portion of the head where it looks like it won't line up well on the H23 head.

The rest of the H23 equipment should bolt on in its original location. The Stock P14 ECU will run it fine and you should still pass emissions.
