Did you guys ever replace the main bearing cap bolts when you did your rebuild? Is in nessasary? If so ARP the way to go on them as well?
I think ARP makes a whole kit for an engine rebuild, and the stuff they make is good. Hey whats the deal on the H23 block, I am interested, racerX_333@yahoo.com if you want to email me

I reused the stock ones, no problems. If you are planning boost new stock bolts might be good. ARP is nice, but probably not really necessary. If you are planning freequent tear-downs, ARP is definitely the way to go.

Hhhmm I have a question. I know that Honda bolts are made as a "one time use only type deal", they stretch when torqued down. What I didn't know was that ARP bolts aren't made this way... So they can be reused?
Does this also apply to ARP's headbolts? So I can reuse them?

the arp bolts do not stretch, so you can reuse them, Actually they are studs that you torque into the block then slide the head over them, you then use nuts to hold the head down. So they are reusable, but if you are pushing a big turbo its always good to go new everytime, just to be safe.
