Ok now im confused...i pretty much had my mind set on getting the koni yellows but then tonight i was just lookin around and saw these http://www.modacar.com/product....html
i tried searching because i have never seen anyone write about them. would they be just as good or should i go with the known awesomeness of koni? for around 200 bucks less i wouldn't mind going with the eibachs if they were just as good. any input is greatly appreciated.

lol ill give you some love for the 4th gens. im not sure but they might have just came out with the dampers? im still considering getting them i mean they do have a million mile warrenty on them as well so i doubt that they arn't good. Who knows maybe ill be the guinea pig. According to people on tirerack.com (apparently tirerack sells shocks as well and i didn't know this) they are a 10 rating and that is from basically everyone (around 12 reviews on it). Only problem is that most of them are from VW owners and from a recent thread i was reading i have lost most respect for them.

The Eibach Pro-Dampers are designed specifically to be used with either Eibach Prokit or Sportline springs. They're designed to provide a good mix of peformance yet comfort. If you don't need adjustability and aren't a hardcore racer they may be good for you. However, the Koni Yellows are definitely superior as a racing or high performance shock.

The Eibach dampers are made by Sachs (respected suspension company that makes a lot of OEM parts for European cars) and then valved by Eibach. The quality is certainly there. If you planned on getting an Eibach Pro-Kit I'd definitely get them since they're valved specifically for the Pro-Kits.
I just bought a set of Sportlines and decided to go Koni instead. Koni is $460 shipped as part of the HT special from Nolimitmotorsport. The Eibachs are about $315 shipped. I know that Konis handle 450 lbs springs off the shelf so there was no risk of underdamping whereas the Eibachs were designed for the somewhat softer Pro-Kits and may be a little underdamped with Sportlines. For the extra $150, I felt that the Konis were worth it in my case.

When I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago, there was a direct link to a "hidden" page on their website so that you could just click the link and place an order - can't find that now.
Just give them a call and ask for the HT pricing. I was browsing the thread in the sponsor section and it looks like Koni prices go up slightly April 1.
