DTC Issues, help?

DTC Issues, help?
So I am trying to help my brother inlaw figure out whats going on with his 98 ss 5th gen.
Codes:
P0401 EGR Flow Insuficiant
P0700 Transmission Control System Malfunction
P1738 Problem in 2nd Clutch Pressure Switch Circuit
After some testing, I believe it's the EGR sensor for the P0401 as far as the P0700 and P1738, I followed a flow chart for testing and it seems to be pointing to a bad TCM. There is an updated TCM along with a TSB for simliar concerns. I know these SS transmissions are junk but could it be the transmission itself? It has 129XXX miles on it. Has anyone delt with these codes and found a solution before?
