On a 4th gen its in the box under the hood as SMALL LIGHTS.....
Do your corner, parking, tail-lights work? They shouldn't if its a blown fuse.......
They share a circuit.....

so it turns out it was my tail light fuse so i replaced it
but not before i got pulled over and recieved n repair order XD
later the same day the fuse went out again....
i think it might be a short in wires somewhere but im not sure
the only thing i did to my taillights is put the stock ones back on a few weeks after a bought it, and that was months ago

You definitely have a short. Check your connections on the bulb harnesses. Make sure none of the wires are pinched on the body. The wires may also be stripped somewhere and touching ground as well which will blow the fuse.
