dash lights not working
i checked most the fuses and i cant seem to find one that is out. also the rear tail lights do not work but brake lights do... i dont see any fuses that say dash or tail lights... any help would be nice
Same thing happened to me this is what you have to do
Look under the fuse box under the dash locate the Meter Fuse pull it out, it should be burned out (it's a 15 if I'm correct) go to pep boys or auto zone buy new reverse bulbs (this is what's causing the dash to burn out) after you replace the bulbs replace the fuse, and you're done. I know it sounds weird but turst me that's what caused the problem. It fixed me and another guy who had the same problem.
Good Luck

I really don't know then, because my whole dash went out and the RPMs and Speedometer wouldn't move so I checked every fuse and it was that, maybe you have a short somewhere, you should go get it checked, sorry man I'll see if I can find some more info
I have the same problem right now on my 5th gen. On mine it is a melted wire on the back of the fuse box right near my feet on the drivers side. I went through the same mess looking at fuses and it ended up being a bad connection going into the fuse box.
It was that way, you should of bought that car..the miles don't run either do they? I know when my dash burned out it didn't run, there for if I take it out the meter fuse I could put as many miles as I want on my car and sell it and no one would know..but it could be a melted wire like he said.

turn signals work in the back, im missing the front ones waiting to get one piece headlights...
highbeams work and the light shows up on the dash....
anyone have a wire schematics(sp) for everything that runs to the fuse box?

Bad connection somewhere. I had problem with my dash lights. needles was moving only the fuel and temp lights out when headlights on. also no cluster lights. i thought its the dimmer switch so didnt have time to get new one. what I did is just take off the long blue connector out 20pin which u should find behind cluater deep down into panels left. it doesnt connected anywhere just a blue plastic cover. i taked this off and had back my cluster lights also speedo. in other case u have somewhere short or u can take off speedo. take off one bulb, insert exactly same diammeter buld with plastic frame and two wires. for example like other cluster light or small cigaret case light. put it in then connect to battery for chech. it should light all bulbs in the speedo. of course forget about to dimm it lol. then connect wire to ground and + to IGN wire or headlights up to u and it will just work fine. if u wanna do everything right go ahead and dissasemble all speedo. take a good light and chech all soldering points for cracks. start with those who has wires to take from connector. solder cracks and u good to go. its electrical problems. sometimes easy to fix, sometimes u wanna smach car with hammer. good luck.
