How much better are greddy headers than dc headers? Is it worth the extra 150 bucks to pay for greedy? What are torque and horsepower gains for both?

also they do make greddy headers for 96 h23a1 si. I'm almost positive they do i just want to amke sure.

 

Greddy header have a much better reputation. I wish they made them for the 5th gen., then I would have gotten them. DC is not bad, but both headers will improve your response.

 

Best bang for the buck is getting either a Greddy Header or DC sports one used, and cutting off the collector and welding on a 2.5 inch one.

it would also be a good idea to get a larger flexpipe put in place of the DC one. the inside diameter for the h22s is A LOT smaller than you'd expect, smaller than the I.D. of a DC 1.8LS collector. i had both sitting side-by-side and laughed.

i was really dissapointed with the DC header when i got it. and the feelings haven't changed.

 

so your saying in your opinion would be taht i should go with greddy? i just want a header taht is one of the best i've heard taht dc headers suck on h23 and h22 and i heard greddy are pretty good for h23 and h22

Nope, they don't make one for the H23. Just the 4th Gen H22.

 

wow tahts gay can u give me another header that is made for h23 that is better than dc and can u give me the price of it plz

 

from what ive read if you do the collector mod on the dc then there both pretty comparible....

look for a good deal, i just picked up a new polished SS DC for $250 shipped to my door
