Clutch components-looking for solution
I have all my bottom end components dynamically balanced that why I don't want to replace the whole clutch set. My 6 puck disc started to slip and is rather harsh to ride in the city mode (most of the time). I have a stock pressure plate for now and want it to stay. I could consider replacing only the loading spring in the pressure plate to have the balance retained. But what about the clutch disc? I'd like an organic one but must be capable of ca. 400Nm (ca. 300ft-lbs). What to choose?

Usually the pressure plate diaphragm spring is what needs replacing. It's usually riveted on, so they'll have to be drilled then re-riveted. If you can find a shop that has the replacement parts then you can do it but usually it's not worth the expense. I've been able to get away with re-using the pressure plate with a new disk (the PP and FW friction surfaces were still good) but I think with my new build I will replace everything.
