Default Changing Headlights

My '98 Prelude's lights are turning to ****. I'm going to replace them and was wanting anyone's opinion on how hard or easy it would be. Also, what would be the best ones to choose? Budget is between $300-400.

Thanks in advance.

^^^^^true. Mine were unrepairable so I had to buy new ones, bought Black housing headlights. Wouldve prefered to repair the stock ones than open them to paint the housing black.

Yeah, what do you mean by 'turning to ****'?? If the plastic is not broken they can likely be fixed for cheap.
