Cam Question

wanting to put aftermarket cams in my jdm h22a vtec and wanting to know what all im going to need to do it.

If you want change Cam Shaft than you better upgrade the valve train together!!

There are millions of threads on cams, literally. Be a bit more specific. Do you have a set of cams in mind?
