So I just bought a 1997 Prelude Base. I think the A/C doesn't work, can't hear/feel the compressor motor come on and the light in the dash doesn't come on (this might not be related, some other lights don't work but their functions still do).

I have a voltmeter, any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting? How can I test the freon levels?
