Bumper support interchangeable???
I know that the 4th gen jdm bumper support will fit on the usdm bumper but does that mean that the jdm bumper will fit a usdm support? Any information is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

it is pretty good amount. The JDM support is super light, but the USDM is heavy as hell. Id say its at least 30 lbs. lighter.

Yes you can replace the usdm support with the jdm one no problem. I'm running the jdm right now. You'll save somewhere around 25lbs with the swap. Be careful though cause the jdm one has no strength what so ever. It's not even a support, it's designed to hold the bumper cover up. So don't hit anything or get hit in the front.

Im gonna say yes. I think the JDM ones are lighter because the safety requiresments arent as stiff in Japan as they are in the States

lol, How are you going to prevent a wreck to the front?? Going to tell someone that's about to hit your front to not hit that, but try the side, please?
If you're worried about safety say with the OEM USDM Support..

I mean just to be more careful in gerneal. You know how some people are careless and bump you when parking or things like that. A small bump with the jdm support would do a lot more damge to your bumper cover. I'm not talking like a huge wreck cause even with a usdm support you'll be screwed.

What about the rear, is a jdm rear support also compatable and lighter than a usdm one ?
Id like to know for sure if they both fit before i go and order them. Is anyone positive ?
