Brake trouble...
Well installed SS lines and AEM big rotor kit w/AEM pads earlier today....Goto start the car up and break in the pads/rotors and wtf....the pedal is hitting the floor.
So we jack the car up and bleed the brake one more time just to make sure but the **** is still hitting the floor. Also when the pedal is depressed there is a hissing/sucking sound comin from under the hood in the vacinity of the abs unit/master cyl/booster.....
Someone mentioned i might have blown out one of the seals on the master cylinder, just wondering if anyone else had any ideas...

Definitely sounds like a master cylinder problem...the only other thing brake-related where that hissing noise is coming from is the brake line itself...which I guess could be the culprit if it is ruptured and is sucking in air...are you leaking brake fluid?
nope absoloutlly no leaks anywhere, while bleeding the system the 2nd time the fluid level did dip a bit below the min line on the resevoir....could that have damaged the master cyl?

No, that would just cause the MC to suck in some air, which could have happened...In which case you just need to bleed the **** out of it....Trust me, I converted my car from ABS to non-ABS and did all of this stuff over and over....
i say bleed it 20-30 pumps at each wheel and then if not fixed, MC is probably

I don't think so...I think that would just suck air into the system at worst...which would mean you would have to bleed the whole thing over again...But I don't think it would hurt the master cylinder...however...Here's an idea...If your master cylinder's seals were old, they may have been starting to fail anyways just due to age...then you add new brake parts and stainless steel lines, and that will put more pressure on the seals...THEN you add more brake fluid which adds even more pressure...those factors may have been enough to overwhelm the aging seals and screw up your cylinder...I am putting my money on your master cylinder.
You know, I don't know....I guess you could have your cylinder rebuilt or something...How much do new master cylinders cost? I know my CLUTCH master cylinder was 60...If I had to guess, I would say replacing the seal is more trouble than it's worth...anyone have any experience with this?

I work at an auto parts store so i can get a decent deal on one, they go about 180 normally i beleive, at 1st i thought maybe i just had an ish load of air in the lines and it would have to be vacuumed out but i mean that hissing/sucking noise is pretty loud so i keep thinkin more and more its lookin like i gotta get a new MC
