Welcome to honda-tech.... You need to give more detail to get an answer. What motor do you have? How much do you want to spend? What are your power goals?

There are heaps of posts on this topic, give them a search and see what you can find. All depends on cash really.

Some of the best ones are SMSP and Hytech but they cost heaps.

Here is a thread to start you off: https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...e+header+power

Probably means JASMA. iirc they made the Mugen Header.[and possibly some other JDM headers]
Yes, they do....compared to stock but don't compare to the RACE headers out there.
I'm feeling nice today.
If you're up for spending a little over $1k. Look into SSR-DTR & SMSP & HyTech
For ~$500 if you can find them, Vibrant makes a great header as well. I personally wouldn't try anything else.[Vibrant discont'd the H22 header a while ago]

Move out of California or skip the header process.

JASMA is not a brand, rather it is an environmental agency like CARB. You guys need some coffee
