92 prelude no start problem, help please (injectors dont fire)

hi everyone i did a ton of searching but cant find anything for my problem. my car is a 92 si h23 prelude automatic 98,000 miles

i was driving it in the rain, then i stopped at a red light and when it turned green i started going but right after the car stalled out and it wouldnt start up again. also it seemed like my battery died after i got it towed back

heres what I've checked so far:

timing belt seems good (looked into oil fill to see cam spins when cranking)
i get spark, (the external coil is good)
main relay clicks (also changed to be sure)
fuel pump primes
*i get fuel pressure to the fuel rail
fuel injectors show good resistance (to spec)
fuel injector resistor box is to spec (switched with another one just in case)

*the problem seems to be that my injectors aren't firing, there is no smell of fuel inside the cylinders even when i crank with no spark plugs. But i don't have diodes to check if im getting pulse to the injectors

can anybody tell me why my injectors wouldnt fire? i was thinking maybe the distributor had a sensor go bad but i did some resistance checks and they were to factory spec. i have not tryed replacing the distributor because its expensive and i don't want to change something if it turns out it doesn't need to be changed.

can anybody give me some ideas, maybe something i missed? https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emhammer.gif thanks in advance

*also the car has an alarm on it that is at least 10 years old

*Long story short: i have a 92 prelude si 4ws
it wont start. figured out that the fuel injectors werent firing. cant fix the problem.
need suggestions. thanks

I would say the dizzy still. Did you check the cam position sensor?

When the ECU doesn't get a signal from that sensor, or the TDC sensor, it shuts off the injector circuit, which would explain your lack of fuel

that's exactly what I keep thinking, i spent days and days with a multimeter and a factory service manual checking the ecu and all fuses and sensors i can possibly think of. i don't see any other solution besides replacing the dizzy.

of course i did test it, the resistance is within spec.

right now im stuck and out of ideas so i came to see if other people think of anything that i haven't thought of yet, and thank you for your reply
