Default 5th Gen Headlight Dissasembly??

Well it started a few weeks ago, i noticed a haze on my headlight, i figured that the clear was finally comming off and it would have to be polished and recleared, but the more i looked, it seems like the headlights got a fog on the inside of the lens and some water droplets, i used an extra long qtip and ran it inside and swabed the inside of the light, and it comes clean but i cant do it that way for the whole light, can someone please explain how to take these lights apart, i know your not supposed to but i kno it can be done, and also how do you reseal them?

i did a quick search but i didnt come up with anything, if i didnt have a concusion right now ide look harder, so jus try and help me out

remove the headlight from the car, remove the bulbs and rubber grommit obviously, and throw them in the oven for a while. i did it to my 90 accord headlights and it worked. i think i had them in at 300 degrees for like 5 minutes, but i should have left them in longer cause they were still pretty hard to get apart. i know you will probably worry about them melting or something like i did, but trust me they will be fine in there for like 7-8 minutes. try looking through the HID retro-fit posts, they have to take the headlight apart to fit the HIDs.

If you need specific instructions, hit up prelude1897. He does good quality retrofits, and knows how to take them apart.
