Default 3rd Gen Si issues when accelerating

I am trying to figure out my brothers 88 Prelude Si that's having some issues when accelerating. Occasionally, the car will start to hesitate when driving normally. It feels like it loses some power for a quick second. There are no idle issues. No CEL. It drives perfectly otherwise.

This is what I've replaced/cleaned recently: Car has 206k original motor

1) Both o2 sensors (NGK)
2) Cap and rotor
3) Seafoamed car
4) Cleaned IACV
5) Cleaned throttle body
6) Changed oil
7) Spark plugs replaced 6 months ago

Anyone have any input on this? I would greatly appreciate it!
