Default 2000 type sh need help!

just recently found out i need to replace all 4 front lower balljoints... does anybody have the part number for them? or are 2 the same as the base and 2 different.. when they went to look for them they only found a part # for 2 of the balljoints but cannot find the other 2? are 2 the same as a base model and the other 2 type sh specific?

Just finished doing it on a 2001 SH;

#51220-SL5-013 Joint, Fr. Ball (Lower) - Lower Control Arm Connection
#51220-S30-N21 Joint, Ball (Lower) - Radius Rod Connection

are these honda part #'s? anything i can use to crossreference? i dont want to buy from honda they are about 500 for all 4.. i can get aftermarket adjustables for 40$ a piece due to a discount knowing the owner of auto electric

Yes, they are Honda part numbers. I got all 4 from Majestic Honda for about $200

yeah, honda here is a lil diff, 60 bucks just for the joint, 30 for the boot, 10 for the crown nut and 10 for the ring to keep the boot on.. ripoff if you ask me....

No, the parts view is misleading.
I know this for a fact because I ordered #9 & #5 thinking the same. When they arrived, I discoved otherwise


#3 & #4 comes with #9 & #5 already installed (even though they look separate). You will need #14 (castle nut) & #18 (cotter pin) though if you can't reuse the old ones.
