Default 1st baseline DYNO

so i went to the dyno today. we did three baseline pulls. nothing special, no tuning.

it was about 50 degrees out and mods are as follows.

AEM CAI
AEM Fuel Rail
AEM FPR (set at 40 psi )
Thermal Catback
VAFC (Poorly street tuned)

EDIT: forgot about the ACT XTSS and clutchmasters 12 lb flywheel. sorry.

at first i was pretty dissapointed. i was expecting more then this. but oh well. ive been told its not bad at all for basically stock. who knows.

yep. 2000 Type SH. 69,000 miles. driven very hard every day.

the way that im looking at it is if it drives like it does, with only 174 to the wheels... then just think what is 300 going to be like

plugs have about 10k on them. wires/cap/rotor are still original.

well i checked my VAFC. it is set to 4700 rpm for VTEC to kick in. but it is not kicking in until 5200 as the graph shows. the RPM's on the VAFC are reading around 5100-5300 when it kicks in. i dont know why but that function is not working. im going to pull the ECU and check the connections on that that friday hopefully.

it keeps up with my roomies WRX fine.

i think i found my VAFC problem. i pulled it from the dash and found a pinch in the wiring

guess ill be cutting and soldering soon.

What would drive the Torque so low? any ideas besides the rotor/cap and wires?

the vafc is barely tuned. all i did was lean it out 2-4%. nothing remotely special. its going to get dialed in when i get the cam gears put on and the header and test pipe.
