1 peice headlights some surface

trying to get some one peice headlights and theres stuff coming out from them is this fixible or whats this stuff is looks like clear coat any suggestions
it is clearcoat, wetsanding it would blend that in, but if you wanna really fix it, take it to a body shop, they will sand it all off and redo it
as for the taillights, you can try sanding but if not, a set of prelude tails is not hard to come by for cheap.....

When I had my 'teg with the jdm front-end on it, the headlights got like that. I did some research and ended up wetsanding it with some really fine sandpaper, then using a plastic cleaner/polish like mother's. After I finished, the headlights looked damn near brand new. I also recently did this on my bumper lights and taillights for my prelude (used wet 1000, then lots of polishing), it'll also take out some fine scratches in the lenses & the oxidation crap. I think g2ic.com had a writeup on it under teg tips, renewing jdm headlights (its still a how-to for a plastic lense resto).
