Anybody here ride in Stuart, Florida or the surrounding area's? I know my profile says Port Saint Lucie, but I've been living in Ocala, Florida for the last 5 months and this weekend I'm moving back. I didn't get my bike until I was in Ocala so I'm just lookin for some peeps to ride with when I move back . . .

 

Where is Stuart? How far from Orlando?

 

Ive been to Stuart a few times when my girl lived there and I dont think I ever saw a bike. That city (town?) has no population comnpared to south fla.

 

Stuart is about 1 hour and a half south of Orlando. I know there are some great roads there, just don't know a whole lot of people yet.
I met a guy riding down there a few weeks ago and he mentioned to me that the Stuart bike night typically has about 150 sport bikes, not counting cruisers. I know motorcycles have been coming out of the woodwork there in the last few years . . .

I'm already afraid hehe . . . how's you guys' bike night down in boca? Supposedly the Stuart bike night is pretty big . . .

 

You talking about the bike night at Powersports? I really only go there for the free food. Most of the time I do not even ride the bike there.

It does not 'suck', But I do not like stunnaz too much and some have attitudes towards me cause I do not like wheelies. If you are into turns, South FL is not your cup of tea. I will ride with you anytime.

 

I play around with wheelies sometimes, but I really like riding the twisties. We've got some great roads here in Ocala that have alot of great turns. There's a park here thats about 1 mile long and has about 11 turns, its incredible. Its like a Mini GP course hehe Where are you down there? Are you near Stuart?

I am in Boca Raton (20 mins south of West Palm Beach). It is (if I remember correctly) 40 mins south of stuart. My grandparents live up there (Port Saint Lucie) I could put the bike in the back of my truck and meet you up there.

 

I know of atleast one good road in Stuart that we could check out. You'll have to take a ride back up to Ocala with me. If you like twisties, trust me you will not be dissappointed. Imagine a place where there's almost no old people, and when cops pull you over, you get nothing but warnings! Now throw your bike in your truck, and meet me in PSL. Besides, I'll be on a hunt In Port Saint Lucie, there's gotta be some good roads somewhere! If you ride up, and you see a guy setting up cones in an Albertsons parking lot, you'll know who it is A guy I met about a month ago in psl said he rides in twisties alot, he was also doing highchair wheelies so who knows hehe
