Default Small hands

Hello all.

I just got a 1982 CB650SC and the clutch lever is a good bit too far from the grip for comfort; I have small hands. Anybody have any info on aftermarket lever that'll help or modifications that pull the lever in? I thought about getting a torch, heating up the metal, and simply bending it in and inch or so and adjusting the clutch accordingly.

Thoughts?

there are a myriad of different lever configurations and entire control units that are completely adjustable.

Go try some out at your local parts shop or have a good look around on the interweb, you can find something that will work.

Thanks for the reply.. I've been searching all day and visited both local bike shops; neither had anything that included a choke and mirror attachment. I'm no beginner at combing the net but I'm just not finding anything aside from OEM replacement stuff.

Are there any specific websites in particular that deal with motorcycle parts? Any OEM parts for different makes or models that I could just swap on? I'm new to motorcycles... I'm used to searching for Jeep parts

if you are looking to maintain OEM choke and mirror attachments, you need to go with levers only. and entire control unit will not be suitable for this mod.

I am not going to search all over the internet for you, but the first search i did yielded this

http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...ols-Parts.aspx

have fun searching and let us know what you end up with
