you shouldnt even be allowed on a 600, i say ninja 250. because the bikes power isnt going to kill you, its gonna be that ego of yours combined with the power. i have seen some start on 1000's but most who have bought one simply because they can control themselves. I am not saying that you cant control yourself, its just that the probability of something happening is higher with your attitude.
buy a POS, so when you DO go down you dont **** up a new bike.

I agree. Go w/ a 600cc or lower cc bike. A few of my frens got their new bikes and have already crashed them. Once you have more riding experience, then you might want to consider a more powerful bike. Whatever you plan to choose, ride safe.

ill go with the r1 cbr's suck all of the slow ***** that should not even be in the same class as most bikes , plus i hate the new hydro clucth on the cbr1000 and gives u crazy chater if u ever try to slide it and there ugg
Seriously....you should get 21 speed huffy. I went to school with a kid who's brother bought a liter bike for his first and he ended up owning himself after seriously 4 months....i am surprised he made it that long.
But then again...if you have nothing going for yourself in life why not.

get a 250 or 500 cc bike............... ride that **** for a year or so then upgrade to a 600cc.......... its the lack of experience that will kill you. if u still feel like u want an r1 or 1rr then by all means get one and maybe u will end up on one those safety videos for someone else to watch and be like **** that i will get a 250/500....

Unfortunately the world is full of **** jockeys who are only interested in how much power they have at the rear wheel. It helps them talk to strangers.
