Default hows this for a fixer upper?

well im kind of scrapped for cash, so i was lookin at getting my friends yzf600r but it doesnt make me all tingly inside, and still out of my limit right now.. well i currently have about 1500 and was thinkin about buying this for 12-1300 and fixing it up.. 2001 f4i.. the story/pics are inside.. how much do $ can u guys estimate will it take to make it look good.. the motor is fine.. so if i got it i would focus on the cosmetics, suspension, rims.. thanks in advance

For $1000, I'd probably buy it. I wouldn't pay much more than that. If you buy it I'd say just strip the fairings off and streetfighter it. It'll look nice and it'll much cheaper to do in the end.
