check your pm's. I asked you something about your old bike. man how about shipping me an nsr50? I'll give you some comission. you'd have to take it apart though
since customs suck! get back to me. we can talk.

hehehe thoes two bikes were basically POS. the NSR250R was crashed by my brother, and the TZR250 was missing some cowlings.
I just got back from some midnight practice at some parkinglot (before i hit the tracks tomorrow), and good thing i did that, since i found out i have to cut a **** load of stuff. ended up cutting the stand and the foot rest. found out that the tires i have on right now (Bridgestone BT39 or something like that) is a POS, powerslides like ****. my crankbearing is gone too, so thats not good
anyway, importing these things.... its a big pain, since i have to part it out and put them in boxes.getting parts should be easy. You could get a brand new '03 NSR-mini from HRC for about $3000, which comes with fully adjustable rear suspension, and some other stuff. totally race ready.

sure, ill do it, dunno what kind of condition NSR50 your looking for though. if you want it to be road legal, there are any going from around 500 to 2000. if you dont mind it not being road legal, theres the nsr-mini brand new for 3000, which you prob can get it from HRC over there too
I'm in. Looking for a 150cc+ for next season. Kind of hooked ever since I passed some guy on a gixxer1k on an nsr250. From the pics I saw, I looked like some midget on a tricycle. Seriously though, if you don't want to go through the trouble I could come over and do it. If there's enough demand for me to pay for my airfare. How'd you diagnose the crank bearing from just a ride?
hrm... it would cost about $1500 for a good condition NSR50, then shipping costs prob another 500 or so.getting parts shouldnt be a pain, since you can just get em from any honda dealer, if you tell them the part number.
yeah, thats the feeling i get when im riding my 50cc. feels good to pass a CBR400RR with a small 50cc NSR50. if your looking for a good condition NSR250, its gonna cost about 3000.
i was able to diagnose that it was the crankbearing, since when i rev my motor past 9000rpm the whole bike would start shaking reeaaaal bad, and i can hear a bearing spin, and it didnt matter what gear it was in, so the only choices where, the crank bearing(s), bearing on the waterpump, or the bearing on the oilpump. whichever one it is, im still gonna have to open the crank case
oh a transporter... its just any car that can carry a bike LOL.
like, a van, or truck or anything. mine is a 660cc van, good enough to carry a bike.

Of the three you mentioned I'd also say main. Though without the bad engine vibration I would have pointed to the waterpump first. So you're still riding an engine with a spun main? Good luck on the track and please post some pics. Love the tracks in japan. Especially the mountain testing grounds. Elevation changes I only dream of
I sold that bike to someone in NY (i think) who owned a Honda dealer
its prob the only KSR in the states right now
the bike is a Kawasaki KSR (there is a 50cc and a 80cc)
i loooooved it, and it was a nice bike to race with.
pic before i raced it, still in nice condition (i think it was like a few months after i bought it)
ill make sure to take a couple of pics of my bike and some tracks. the only track i go to right now is the one closest to me called Akigase Circuit. the others are just parking lots to do gymkhana, just for practice.

how much do those ksr's go for? I was on yahoo japan and they were selling a couple for like 1700 but they were new. was your green bike in a japanese website? I saw the exact same pic in a japanese website I was in
Yup, its prob off the same website you got that pic from. The rider, i prob know (hes porb the shop owner, guessing from the bike hes riding). The bike i had was the same bike in the pic i posted. I was in a group (team) of people who ride a KSR. we used to go to tracks together, and go on a trip together and stuff like that. yeah, KSR-1 or KSR-2 (50 or 80cc) goes anywhere from around 800 to about 2000. you can get a close to brand new one for just about that price (1500-1700)
(i saw the url of the pics you posted, yeah its the shop i used to go to alot when i used to ride a KSR) i was in a team called KSR Junkies
