Icon6 2006 Pilot VSA and VTM-4 lights

Thank you in advance for your response. My issue is the VSA and VTM-4 lights on the dash come on and cripple the vehicle. I have trouble shot the issue to generally coming on at low speeds and when the accelerator is engaged lightly. When the lights come on, i pull to the shoulder and cycle the ignition key on, wait a couple seconds, then restart the vehicle. resets the lights every time. I cannot figure out what is causing the activation of this problem other than typically low speeds and lightly accelerating. My own trouble shooting process are as follows:

A noticeable stall/delay/hesitation/burst (in no particular order) is noticed when first accelerating from a stop or when driving at slow speeds. Leads me to think the accelerator is experiencing issues too, or a cause?
The vehicle does not trip the VSA VTM-4 lights when the cruise control is used.
A quick and reliable fix is to pull to the shoulder, turn off the engine, wait a couple seconds, then re-start the engine and the lights reset.

Any help you can provide is much appreciated.
Thank you,
John
