Hey guys, so I'm looking at installing a 1k watt amp and 2 12in subs in my 2011 Honda Crz. I'm curious as to what all I will need to get started. I'll be replacing the factory head unit with what will most likely be a pioneer head unit (any recommendations on good ones to use are appreciated)
I have the amp and the subs. But that's about it. I don't quite know where to start either which doubly sucks. Any and all tips/tricks/advice are greatly appreciated. Thank y'all in advance 😊

 

Good luck. The CR-Z only has a 60amp output on the DC-DC converter with really nothing to spare and the car holds the incredibly small 12v battery at a very low state of charge.

Honda hybrids don't handle big stereo installs well.
