will a sunroof be available on the US Fit?
Hi all,
The one question I haven't seen an answer to after sifting through many websites and forums is: will there be a sunroof available?
This Honda Japan website shows it as an option, but I know that doesn't mean we'll get it for sure.

Thanks!

From everything I have read I have not seen that as being an option. Would be nice, but I do not think it will be added in the NA models

I'm pretty sure Japan's fit is more expensive than our version in the U.S. So just get a custom sunroof installed

Oh well, thanks for the replies everyone! Our '02 forester has a sunroof that takes up half of the roof, so it might be hard dealing without one.
It's sad really... out of the cars my wife and I are considering (Yaris, Fit, Scion xA and xB, Nissan Versa) the Nissan is the only one that offers it as an option. Problem is, they force you to get an upgraded audio upgrade ($300) and a convenience package ($700) to get the sunroof ($600)! So $1600 later I have a sunroof
So I don't think I'll make the sunroof the deciding factor!

Well those are entry level cars. I guess not having a sun roof is one of the things that makes them entry level???

I suppose. But I'm only wanting it as an option, not standard. Plus, these "entry level" cars have options for TRD parts (Scion), alloy wheels, expensive audio upgrades, different trim levels, even paddle shifters on the Fit... those don't strike me as "entry level" options either.
Oh well, I'm just bitter because I can't have a sunroof.
