12.5v Then Turn on Lights 14.5v

12.5v Then Turn on Lights 14.5v
I'm only getting 12.5v but when I turn on the lights it goes back up to 14.5v. Also, it reads 14.5v when I first started driving.
My guess is that my battery is going bad because I charged it up before I left home and it was 14.5v while driving but then went back down to 12.5v when I left the store . What say you Honda techs?

left lights on over night on my optima yellow top, jump it and everything is fine turn it off, and n
