Default tail light problem

on the passenger side of my rex if you turn the lights on everything works fine, but when you push on the break the light that has 2 filaments goes completely out (no passenger brake light in the back). also when you have your foot on the brake the turnsignal wont blink, but if you take your foot off it blinks. also when i have my foot on the break the turn signal light on the dash stays on. i have just replaced the bulbs and that didn't help. hope this makes sence, please help.

Seems like you have a short somewhere within the braking wires...
