Recently bought a 2003 Honda Crv for my wife after having it for a month the check engine lite had it diagnosed at local auto parts store. I was going thru the Honda tech bulletins and found one for this particular code. It says to replace the ELD in the vehicle, where is this located and how hard is it to replace. Or am at the mercy of the dealership. Thanks for any help with this.
