Default Need tech info

I need to test ignigter and coil on. 98 crv does anybody have a way to tell wich is bad and if eather one is bad can I just replace part instead of whole distributor also can anybody recommend a good aftermarket distributor

Most parts inside the dizzy are fixable. Use a multimeter to test continuity and voltage. There are youtube videos that describe exactly how to do this on a honda Dizzy.
