LED indicator hyperflash on CR-v Gen2 - Solution?

LED indicator hyperflash on CR-v Gen2 - Solution?
Just a question, as I searched but couldn´t find that it has been discussed on the CRV.
I´m converting my V to LED bulbs all over, as I´m tired of changing bulbs and have to dismantle half the front to change them.
Already converted to LED on my Civic 7th Gen and dealt with the indicator hyperflashing by changing the flash relay to a tridon EP34.
But as far as I have done research, this relay doesn´t fit the V?
Can it be modified?
Any help is appreciated, would prefer not to install resistors
