I bought a engine through jdm for a 2003 cr-v with a 2.4L ivtec engine in it. I received the engine from jdm and it is a 2.0L ivtec. will my current engine computer work with this new engine or will I have to try and track down a different computer? Please help as I am new to working on hondas

 

No it will not run at all. These engines are not same. Better buy the similar engine. It will show check engine light on top of that.
