B20B non vtec, while driving the rev limiter goes off at about 4-45 or 5k and it cuts off at 6 sometimes 7 with no acceleration what so ever. BUT that all happens when i step on the gas. When i press down slowly it doesnt happen goes all the way to redline... This is happening with a new ecu. But it this started on the old one i had. Both obd1. If anyone really knows anything about this please let me know ASAP

 

same issue on an 03 but I'm finding NOTHING anywhere online and getting no help on my posts........
