Whinning noise with PE belt! HELP!
 

Hi all,
After i change to the PE timing belt i get this whinning noiseor sound everytime i go above 2000rpm.Gets louder as the RPM climbs.
Asked a few "performance" shops and all said PE belts are suppose to make those noise since they are harder than normal belts.
to all who have this belt....is this true?
I have new bearings and water pump.

If i have to take everything out and re-install it,whats the correct torque spec on every screw/bolt/nut when installing? (i'm thinking this is one of the cause for the noise)

BTW this is a B16B motor.
