Cold Air Intake have a longer pipe and hangs really low to the ground....kindda dangerous for a rainy day....you want a short one....no need to pay too much for one....just hope on Ebay or something....

Agreed. And if you use a short ram it doesnt really matter for SOHC or DOHC. Both will fit just fine. Get an ebay tube. Nice car though man! Very clean

Yeah thats what this kid has, right? A del sol VTEC. It comes with a b16a3. A short ram that fits a d15b7 would fit this motor as well...

$20 ebay tube ftw. Pick up a nice filter though!

jit01 12-28-2006 05:56 PM

Ok thanks guys for your help I guess I will buy an ebay intake with a k&n filter. The reason I don't want a cold air is because it rains A LOT where I live so don't wanna mess up the motor. Right now there is no engine mods only an exhaust and I think rota slipstreams rims. The car is VERY clean no accidents etc

jit01 12-28-2006 06:39 PM

Hey guys I need help on making a decision here.. The person that had this before me put a red honda emblem on the back of the car should I shave this off or find a normal honda one ? Should I also shave off the honda emblem on the front ?

PS: I just found out my insurance is going to be $3275 CAD a year https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emthdown.gif

I would just remove it because it is only a matter of time before someone rips it off.
