could anyone offer any opinions on wheter i should do a test pipe or a high flow cat?

im pretty sure a test pipe and high flow cat are the same thing or very close, but a high flow cat or test pipe is not good for emissions depending on if your state even has emissions...but whats wrong with your stock cat ?

its not really going to make a difference either way you arent gonna get any more horse or maybe 2 or 3 hp at best. it would only benefit you if you had turbo

just run a cat, it's not worth the pita of emissions testings bs.

Re: need a little help

unless ur running a forced induction setup i dont think it will make a huge diff. and na engines are designed to run with the back pressure of a normal catalytic converter if i am correct?

and if passing emissions is a problem, you could always put ur stock cat back on for inspection and then just switch it back afterwards ;)
