Re: my little f swap dilemma
Will the OEM mount fit?
Would a F22 bracket work? Is it any different? I know a lot of people just do an H2B/F2B swap to eliminate most of the headache. Use B/D series mounts, the B trans, B linkage, B axles, B clutch. The only part that's a hassle is the header. |
Re: my little f swap dilemma
solution= stick with B or D in a civic. Eliminates the headache all together

Re: my little f swap dilemma
Well than ignore the comment and move on
But on a serious note, i thought you had to use H mounts. Could be wrong though |

this has nothing to do with the trans. even if i was going f2b id still be having this issue.
I have somewhat of an interest in the weird things Honda did and solutions to these odd issues that arise. |

Why not just use that H22 bracket you have on the F23 block...?

got it figured out, 90-93 accord bracket bolts right up, clears the cam gear, and takes the hmount.
