LS/VTEC Turns over but won't start

I have a 95 civic ex with an LS/Vtec swap.

Eagle Rods and Pistons
pro 3 cams
skunk spring and retainers
wallbro fuel pump
6puk clutch
aluminum rad
b18 block
b16 head
was getting 11:1 compression, have not checked compression again.

it was up and running fine.

one day i was changing out the motor mounts and after i was done the car would not start. it cranks over and if i rev the gas the engine will stay on as long as i rev the gas.

if i do not rev the gas the car turns over and dies immediatly.

I changed the fuel filter and leaking fuel line figured that was the problem.
I changed the spark plugs and read out the the spark plug wires.
The spark plugs were not flooded with gas. and were gapped to .040.
B&M fuel pressure gauge reads 37 psi at the fuel filter which is stock fuel pressure.
i completely resoldered the main relay.

i do not think it is the ignition switch.

i sprayed out the map sensor with cleaner, but i have not read it out yet.

the IAC was discovered to be unplugged but plugging it in didnt help.

next i guess would be tps sensor or the computer itself or a whole new distributor.

at this point i think its an air problem maybe not enough fuel pressure im not sure.

i did notice an o2 sensor wire disconnected but i dont think thats it but i will replace it.

i am a long time lurker and first time poster of this forum, and yes i did use the search button.

ill keep checking for grounds, i didnt see any blown fuses but i have to go through the fuses under the dash yet.

update........ i changed the idle air control valve. ignition coil and rotor where replaced. the distributor cap i had was corroded but i have to go get one that fits. i bought the wrong cap. i did try cleaning the cap however. installed new pcv valve.

i hate throwing parts at the problem but honestly i would have gone through and changed all this stuff anyways. with exception to the IACV. I did get it at a discounted price.
