The fuel pressure with the FPR hose disconnected is fine. What's the pressure when the hose is connected?

Is the CEL ON?

In what condition are the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor?

This pressure is too high and should be 31-38 PSI. This is likely an important cause of your low gas mileage.

Have you compression tested the cylinders?

i am going to turn the pressure down 2day.. i will let you know how that works... when i did the comp test last month it was 200-210

Have you inspected the cap and rotor of the distributor?
