B20 vtec engine wont run right
i have a B20vtec engine and it turns on but when i give it gas it it will only go to 3000rpm. and it wont go higher it just bogs. could it be my ecu not feeding the fuel right to the engine?

Your ECU is in safe mode. Check your distributor and make sure everything is straight with it. Are you throwing any CELs?

Thats weird, I 've never seen the water temp sensor jack up a car that much. Unplug that particular sensor, plug it back in, reset the ECU and see what happens.

The coolant temperature sensor being fucked up can ruin all kinds of things, including the fuel tables and timing.

my friends car had that problem yesterday. since his ecu is out in the open someone must of made one of the connections to the ecu come out a little because after we plugged it in tight it worked perfectly fine. maybe thats not the problem but it wont hurt to check
