Default Electrical problems, IACV buzzing, no sparks...

Hopefully anyone in here can help me with my pain in the *** Del Sol...
The car was running fine last summer and I just wanted it to wake up for the first time after rebuilding the engine (more information later).

To start with - this is the noise my IACV is doing:

Key position 2 - main fuel relais starts the pump for about 2 seconds, then stops - and the IACV keeps doing the buzzing noise (very loud, can hear it in the car with closed hood).

If I turn the key further the starter runs, the IACV noise gets a litte louder but my main fuel relais goes crazy (opens and closes superfast, can hear and feel it by touching the relais, almost sounds like the IACV noise - brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrr)

Aditionally, I have no sparks at any of the 4 spark plugs ( Denso Iridium ).

Now I'll list up what changed during winter:

Old stuff:

- Stock B16A2
- Header, other cat. converter, Invidia catback
- Stock ECU

New setup:
- B16A2 built for the new Turbo setup, rods, pistons, B18C6 head, bolt ons like a ramhorn, edelbrock Victor X + 65mm TB - basic stuff mainly.
Maybe the injectors are worth mentioning since they are the only changed electical part: Grams 1000cc

- Engine loom was taken from another engine which I took out of a known running car by myself, modified the injector cables with superseal plugs ( http://kojaycat.co.uk/WebRoot/Namesc..._Connector.JPG ) to the adaptor cables delievered with the Grams injectors.

- Put the battery into the trunk

- P28 ECU with built in Neptune RTP ( bought over a dealer in my country, according to him he orders at xenocron.com. Got a basemap too by the guy selling it to me since he is one of a few guys in my country doing the mapping for Neptune)

* In the follwing I'll describe what I already tried, but dont let you guide by it - if you have any idea which needs me to repeat anything dont hesitate and tell me! *

- Checked my distributor (coil etc.), switched the coil and ignition module to other known working ones - didnt help. Switched the distributor to another known working one - didnt help.
Unplugged the IACV and measured voltage before and after the coil: 12V.
Checked coil resistance 0.7 on primary and ~16k from prim. to sec.
Still no sparks at starting attempts with unplugged IACV.

- Changed the IACV to another known working one, buzzing was gone (and I thought hooooray its that easy... hell no...).
Tried to start once - had a spark again, but my main fuel pump relais still going crazy.

- Changed the main fuel pump relais to a known working one, switched key into pos.2 - IACV buzzing again. Switched back to the old relais - still IACV buzzing. Took a 3rd relais - IACV still buzzing, spark gone again at a starting attempt.

- Took my stock ECU into the car - didnt help anything, I got one spark and thats it, IACV buzzing, main fuel relais going crazy as soon I turn the key into start position.

- Took my old engine loom and connected all important plugs - didnt help at all, same problems as before.

So thats where I am now, slowly running out of ideas.
I checked my ground wires too, all of them are connected from the engine to the car, and battery ground to the car.
The wire coming from the transmission doesnt look a bit shabby but if I had no good ground connection my started should't run actually...!?

Anyways, I would be really thankful if anyone of you guys has some ideas for me for tomorrows search...

Thanks in advance!

I think its clean and tightened but will look after it !

Any other ideas?

Guess I just put some extra ground wires from the engines ground spots to the car to make sure theres no ground issue...

Start with G101. Then go from there.
