Difference in GSR and SI wiring harness in EK coupe

I am in need of a wiring harness as I've read for a b series conversion into an EK coupe, I was wondering if there is any difference in a wiring harness for the 99-00 si and using one for a GSR..
My original harness did not plug up to the dizzy and there is a different crank connector on the motor and in the harness...

If someone could assist me, I might be able to locate a GSR harness easier then an si harness

What year and model is your car? EK doesn't help a lot.
What engine are you trying to use?

You CANNOT use a Integra harness with out a lot of cutting and splicing to make it work.

94-01 integra's all run a 2 peice harness, where 96-00 civic's run a 1 peice harness.

You can use a SI harness, however if you have a 96-98 civic it will not be a direct plug and play. If you have a 99-00 it will work.

you can also use a ex harness if its a 96-98... i think the 99-00 ex is diff than the 99-00 si if you have a 99

^^he's right. the 99-00 harness has a different distributor clip. in other words, u can't use the GSR harness without heavy modification.

Just reuse your harness and add the additional wiring: VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure switch, knock sensor, extend primary O2, 3 wire IACV to 2 wire connector, match the colors on the crank sensor

This guy is on the money. Hit the junkyard for the extra plugs or just chop up an old one.

on my 97 Ek u just used a 96-98 ex harness and everything plugged in fine... and to the op if you have a coupe its not a EK, its either a EJ 96-98 or EM 99-00 hatchbacks are EK's ;-)

No they aren't. ALL regular 96-00 civic's, are EJ's.
The only exception are the 99-00 si and those were em1's.

Hathback's are not any more of a EK then coupes are.
