brand mattters, you get what you pay for.
4-1 is designed for top end power
4-2-1- midrage

lots of info available on headers have been covered here. Your best bet to finding answers would be to search

Depends on your driving habbits. Around town, 4-2-1. Racing, 4-1. I prefer DC Sports 4-1 stainless or Ceramic. (I''m using a JDM B16a with AEM CAI, DC Exhaust, Random technology High flow cat) Lot's of good units out there. Lot's of junk too.

It will help to search under the different header companies, if you did search , instead of just like 'headers' or 'what headers should I get'. I found lot's more info if i searched under.. 1) Edelbrock 2) bisimoto 3)DC header 4) AN-R etc.... then you will get a lot more info. That is what I had to do.

I would get DC Sports Headers. Most usually used on B&H series swaps

If your just looking for any header that will do then go ahead and get a DC. If your lookin for the really good stuff then step up to Mugen, Spoon or Toda headers. These type of headers have stepped primary pipes (creates anti- reversion effect for an increase in power on the lower end) and feature a special collector where all four pipes merge into one pipe. The special collector design and stepped primary pipes makes these headers expensive though.

Instead of Toda or Mugen, Or spoon, Call Will at exospeed http://www.exospeed.com and order the Bisimoto header for your engine.

They do run around 600 - 700 range and right now there is a 5- 6 week wait. They are THE BEST for your $$. Hands down. They produce the most power over all. I would say that toda , mugen, spoon etc... are a step down from that one.

or you can check out their headers at Here

I currently just ordered the Edelbrock Pro Flow 4-2-1 ceramic header. Supposedly VERY underrated and makes decent power. Found it on Ebay , brand new for 291 shipped from a reputable seller.

I will post my results when it comes in and is installed.

IMHO you can't go wrong with the DC JDM ITR header, and I believe Titan Motorsports has a few for $250 shipped right now; you can't beat that price.
